These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Genesis Analytics LLC, and the Client in relation to the services provided. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms outlined below:

Services Provided: Genesis Analytics LLC will offer services aimed at lead generation and audience targeting as agreed upon with the Client. This may include, but is not limited to, market research, campaign planning, content creation, digital advertising, social media management, email marketing, and analytics reporting.

Client Responsibilities: The Client will provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their business objectives, target audience, products or services, and any other relevant details necessary for the Genesis Analytics LLC, to carry out effective marketing strategies. The Client will also promptly provide feedback and necessary approvals for marketing materials and campaigns.

Confidentiality: Genesis Analytics LLC, acknowledges that it may have access to confidential and proprietary information of the Client. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed or created by Genesis Analytics LLC, during the provision of services, including but not limited to marketing materials, content, designs, and strategies, shall remain the property of Genesis Analytics LLC, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Client will have a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such intellectual property solely for the purposes outlined in this Agreement.

Payment and Billing: The Client agrees to pay Genesis Analytics LLC, the fees specified in the agreed-upon proposal or contract. Payment terms, including frequency and method of payment, will be outlined in the proposal or contract. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. If terminated by the Client, any fees owed for services rendered up to the termination date shall be paid in full. If terminated by Genesis Analytics LLC, any fees paid in advance for services not yet rendered will be refunded to the Client on a prorated basis.

Limitation of Liability: Genesis Analytics LLC, will make reasonable efforts to achieve the agreed-upon marketing goals; however, it does not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Genesis Analytics LLC, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Genesis Analytics LLC, is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.

Amendments: This Agreement may only be amended or modified in writing and signed by both parties.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Genesis Analytics LLC, and the Client, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.

By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
